Kimberly Frank of Kimberly Frank Consulting, is a professional with more than 15 years of experience in Organizational Development. She specializes in increasing employee engagement and enhancing workplace culture to impact organizations’ competitive edge.

Kimberly’s clients include Fortune 100 corporations, governmental agencies, non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Frank has managed the internal communication strategies for several financial institutions undergoing significant operational and leadership transitions, including Fifth Third Bank and Wells Fargo.

Frank is the president of the Junior League of Honolulu. For the past 4 years, she has worked to improve the membership organization’s internal and external communication to position the nonprofit as a relevant volunteer organization that remains strong through the economic downturn, when communities need support the most. She has led the design and production of the organization’s print, electronic and Internet communication vehicles. Frank also serves on the boards of the Organ Donor Center of Hawaii and the Bible Institute of Hawaii and volunteers her time with the Boys and Girls Club of Hawaii, the Honolulu Academy of Arts and the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce. Frank is active in SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and ASTD (American Society for Training and Development).

Frank was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She graduated from St. Andrew’s Priory. She received her B.S. from Miami University and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School. Having lived and worked on the mainland for nearly 25 years, Kimberly combines her mainland education and experience with her love for Hawaii, working with local companies to leverage their human capital.
